Link Deletion: Unfortunately, if the customer's provided link is deleted following the order, we are unable to provide a refund.
Private Accounts/Private Post: Please note that if the account becomes private either before or after placing an order, we cannot issue a refund or refill. In such cases, the order may be marked as completed without receiving the desired service. To avoid this, please ensure that your link provides access to public users before making an order.
Incorrect URL: Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund if a customer places an order with an incorrect URL or username. This is due to the automatic nature of our service, which does not allow us to modify, alter, or cancel orders once they have been placed.
Late Delivery: We apologize for any delay in delivery, but please note that it does not automatically qualify for a refund. Rest assured, we will try our best to deliver the service within the estimated timeframe.
Multiple Orders: If a customer orders the same service for the same link repeatedly before allowing the first order to be completed, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Loss of Followers or Likes: If the current amount of followers or likes is less than the starting amount, we cannot offer a refill or refund guarantee. This is because it means the customer's account has lost old followers or likes.
Similar Services: If a customer buys a service from a different but similar website and then buys similar services through our website using the same link, they will not receive a refund.
