your account being set to private the order can't start, please change the settings to continue
How to make account profile public:
1.) Click on this link to direct you to facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=followers
2.) Find the "Who Can Follow Me"
3.) Then, change the status to "Public"
Once the account is reset to public, please notify us.
Note: The order can't be completed if the account is set to private
